Fits pre UCE Royal Enfield models: Bullet 350 and 500 cast iron, Electra 4 speed and 5 speed old models, Machismo 350 and A350, Lightning 500 and 535, and Thunderbird AVL. Not compatible with UCE or J Series engines. Some older engines take a 3 plate set rather than this 4 plate set, so please count your existing plates or check your part number against 597050 before ordering. If you are unsure, message us and we will confirm.
Fitting Tip
Soak the friction plates in fresh engine oil for one to two hours before fitting. This gives smooth initial engagement and prevents premature wear on the first few miles.
