RETURNS POLICY

At Gutsy Bear Moto Spares Ltd we take great care to send the correct part, properly checked and well packed. Please read this policy carefully before ordering so you know exactly where you stand.

When we accept a return

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order for the following reasons only:

  • The item arrived damaged or faulty

  • The wrong item was sent by us

When we do not accept a return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect purchase by the buyer

  • Parts that do not fit due to the buyer not checking fitment before ordering

  • Parts that have been fitted, used, or modified

  • Electrical parts that have been installed

  • Items returned without a valid returns reference number

  • Items returned outside the 14 day window

Fitment information is provided on every product. If you are unsure whether a part fits your bike, message us with your model and year before ordering and we will confirm. We are always happy to help you get it right first time.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at gbmotopartsltd@gmail.com with the subject line: RETURN REQUEST

  2. Complete the returns form below and include it in your email

  3. Attach clear photos showing the damage, fault, or incorrect item

  4. We will review and reply within 2 business days

  5. If approved, we will issue a returns reference number and the return address

  6. Do not send anything back before you receive your returns reference number. Items sent without one will be refused and returned to sender at your cost

Damaged, faulty, or wrong items

If your item arrived damaged or faulty, or we sent the wrong part, we will put it right at no cost to you. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or full refund including any postage you paid. We cover the return postage in these cases.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method. We will email you to confirm once complete.

Fraud prevention

We photograph every item before dispatch and retain this record. Any item returned in a different condition to how it was sent, including substituted, damaged, or incorrect items, will be refused, returned to sender, and reported to the relevant authorities.
